Wade Azmy has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and executive coaching having supported major listed global companies in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Australia. He authored the first government accredited Diploma of Executive Coaching in Australia, in 2014. He has trained and overseen the successful development of executive coaches in his global practise since 2003. Wade supervised the delivery of organisation-wide coaching engagement in large corporations, in a variety of market sectors; banking and finance, insurance, healthcare, information technology, telecommunication, education, construction, government public sector, not for profit and family owned corporations.
Wade is a Global Partner and CEO of ICG Asia Pacific and ICG Leadership, and he is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Pharos Institute in Australia. He is a highly experienced business executive with global practice and exposure in general management, marketing, sales and business development with previous executive assignments involving businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA and the Middle East for Hewlett Packard. Wade is a qualified Engineer with various qualifications in corporate and business management, including a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of corporate marketing. Wade has completed a master’s degree of Coaching Psychology from Sydney University and he is also a doctoral candidate; his research is focusing on futures studies of strategic leadership effectiveness in engaging the workforce.
