Bringing Global Tax Consulting into the 21st Century
Tax Services on Demand
With a unique business model based on Internal Consulting Group’s online ecosystem of top talent and knowledge, ICGTAX is disrupting the global tax consulting industry.
The Problem: Businesses want to engage the best available fit-for-purpose professionals as soon as possible.
The Solution: Thanks to ICG’s patented online process, a tax professional with the required specific knowledge and experience can start work on an engagement in as little as 72 hours. Our process quickly matches your requirements to the top talent available across our global network of tax professionals.
The Problem: Businesses want more flexibility in tax consulting – to choose only the services they need, rather than a package deal.
The Solution: With ICGTAX, clients have control and can unbundle and rebundle tax services as they see fit. ICGTAX doesn’t enforce an unnecessary pyramid structure of partners, managers and juniors when not required.
The Problem: Businesses want to save money on consulting services.
The Solution: ICGTAX has virtually no fixed costs. As an online ecosystem for TAX talent and knowledge resources, ICGTAX is able to slash the cost of tax consultancy services because it doesn’t have the cost of corporate offices, consultants on the bench and multiple layers of management. Savings can be 30-50% or more relative to traditional firms, and the top talent you require receive more attractive rates than they receive from traditional firms.
The ICG Difference
With both business clients and consultants reaping the rewards, ICG and ICGTAX is rapidly expanding to become a global talent and knowledge ecosystem with hubs now located in Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
